I learned about this system for the first time yesterday. It is Rwanda’s children who taught it. The children were proud of the system called “Umuganda” of Rwanda. Once a month, everyone in the area will clean and repair the town where they live.
In the urban areas of Japan, lost the spirit of mutual support. Rwanda has it and feels envious.
